CellOne is a mobile phone service
provided by the Indian public
enterprise BSNL. It is the post-
paid service of the BSNL. It offers
host of value added services.
BSNL provides a bit of
discriminative plans with regard
to its prepaid arm Excel and
postpaid arm CelOne. CellOne
enjoys the benefit of accessing
unlimited GPRS at a very nominal
cost of 200 Rs. per month, which
is not very costly. Darkwap

CellOne GPRS settings at it may
cause an unwanted increase in
the pending monthly bill. There

Free Excel GPRS is to get a simcard
from a state where BSNL is
providing Free GPRS, otherwise
there is a very rare and non-
trustworthy way to use free
GPRS. Use the following settings
trick to use free GPRS on your
Excel subscribed mobile phone, if
you are really lucky, it will work.
The settings are exclusively for
North India and can be used for
East, West and South by replacing
North with the respective region
direction.
